Data Deletion Policy

1. Overview

This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data that Sorano Group LLC holds about you, including data received through the Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform in connection with messaging or automation services we provide or facilitate.

2. What Data May Be Deleted

Upon a verified request, we will delete personal information we hold about you, including:

• Contact details (name, phone number, email address);
• Message history exchanged through WhatsApp or other Meta-operated channels; and
• Any other personal information submitted to us directly.

3. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email contact@soranogroup.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including:

• Your full name;
• The phone number or email address associated with your data; and
• The business or context through which you interacted with us, if applicable.

4. What Happens After a Request

We will confirm receipt of your request within a reasonable time and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required under Section 5 below. We will notify you once deletion is complete.

5. Retention Exceptions

We may retain limited information where required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, for the period required by applicable law.
